THE CHALLENGE

While both , the existing American Express Lounge and airport operations remained uninterrupted, we executed a 4,500 SF expansion of the existing American Express Centurion Lounge at MIA. The structure was built above the 3rd story roof and included a 4 story precast stair structure. Around the clock coordination with airlines, TSA, Customs Border Patrol, and client to accommodate heavy machinery and construction activity within tight spaces. This, all the while, emphasizing safety, cleanliness, and maintaining set schedules.

HIGHLIGHTS

Fulfilling the client’s high brand standard, the space consisting of kitchen, bar, buffet, media, phone rooms, and restrooms was delivered on time and on budget.
